The hotel is in a great location, with an adjoining restaurant offering delicious meals and a convenient bus stop right outside. We also loved being so close to the pub, perfect for a night out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the all-you-can-eat Scottish breakfast. the hotel provided excellent facilities and a convenient base for exploring the area.
The only drawback was some noise in the mornings due to the busy working city outside.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a really comfy bed and a fantastic en suite bathroom. The breakfast options were great, with a basic continental breakfast included or the option to upgrade to a full Scottish breakfast for a reasonable extra charge. The hotel is well located for catching the bus into the city centre, and it's a bonus that they provide free parking on the premises. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had a wonderful stay.

I had a fantastic 2-night stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me plenty of information about the best bus to catch to the city's attractions. I also appreciated their assistance with my car and the surprise of finding my daughter's teddies organized on the pillow after our visit to the zoo. The hotel's location, right in front of a bus stop on the outskirts of the city, was perfect for exploring Edinburgh.
There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

Convenient location near zoo and railway station. Bus stop right outside. Neat and cozy rooms, family room with sofa bed and baby cot available. Comfortable beds for a good sleep. Delicious breakfast choices. Friendly and helpful staff. Spotless rooms with daily housekeeping. Nearby shops and eating places. Handy check-out time. Suitable for those not wanting to be in city center. Large family room with shower. Commercial street location close to airport. Quick check-in and easy parking. Will consider staying again.
